We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Here is exactly what to expect.

What delivery costs

Orders over Rs. 5,000	Free delivery
Orders up to Rs. 5,000	Rs. 200 flat

The exact charge is calculated at checkout, so you always see it before paying.

When we dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours on working days. Orders placed on a Friday evening, weekend or public holiday go out the next working day.

How long delivery takes

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days. Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad are usually at the faster end; smaller towns and remote areas can take a little longer.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation when your parcel is dispatched, including tracking details where the courier provides them. If 48 hours pass with no word from us, email us and we will chase it.

Paying on delivery

Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. You can also pay by card at checkout if you prefer.

Where we deliver

Pakistan only for now. We are not shipping internationally at this time.

Please check your address

Couriers here depend on a working phone number to complete delivery. Double-check your address and number at checkout, as parcels returned to us because of a wrong address or unreachable phone may incur a re-delivery charge.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and its packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full at no cost.
